Gentlemen, My apologies for missing out on deadline for the tour. I have some decent excuses, but nothing good enough to justify the missed deadline. This is literally the first time my procrastination has ever come back to bite me. (Note: That may not be technically accurate.) Believe me, whatever disappointment you have in me (particularly you, Medicine) isn't matched by the disappointment I feel every morning when I check Bob Links and realize that, dammit, I'd definitely have picked every song for this show if only I'd entered the pool. Looking forward to getting back in the Top 10 on the next tour. -- Mustache

gatopardo & steadyrollinman — Apologies that Mustache didn't get his picks in on time. He will in the future.

Nice work on that tour everyone. I once picked "Happy Birthday" as my Joker pick but thought, nah he won't play that again. Steadyrollinman, good to have you. I think I can speak for Shakespeare and Mixing when I say that we'd love to have you back next tour as well. And, of course, you too Gatopardo.

Congratulations, Mixing up the Medicine, for being #1 on the closing night. And we made it to the top 10! Great tour, fun as always - even though I really regret not picking "Workingman Blues" and "Happy Birthday", which would earn me 81 extra points (enough to finish in second place). Damn it. Thanks for the invitation, hope to see you soon!

This was a tough pool to pick, with everyone still unsure of what to pick from new album. obviously, in hindsight, 'wife's hometown' was a game changer. but it's nice to see bob mixing in some rare tunes.

Sorry I haven't scored many points. These last 2 pools I've been up in the top 50. But not this time. Did see the last 2 Berkeley concerts which were great. I can't get the lyrics of My Wife's Hometown out of my mind... And her hometown isn't Hell. At least I think so.

Willie at 6, J Mellencamp just before 8, and the Bobster at 9:30. No rain and a powerful sound system. We were back in the grandstands but my head is still ringing this morning. Bob enunciated clearly and with great enthusiasm on all tunes. His is a GREAT band that can swing and rock and jazz it up as the master calls it. I wish they'd lose the uniforms and shiny stage tools though. Mellencamp with the plainest of sets was visually very pleasing compared to our unmoving troubador camped somewhere under that hat. (Oh and he dedicated one of the early tunes to Walter Cronkite!)

Boys, I'm going to the Syracuse show tomorrow night and I'll make every effort to get him back with the SFOF program. Count on it.

Back in the old Dylan pool, I used to pick Yankee Doodle Dandy on the off chance that he'd play it during a national holiday. Oh well. I also once picked "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" based on the assumption that he'd play it in a minor-league stadium. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't look to see if there were any Michael Jackson songs on the list too.

Yo. If you like I can back out of this team to let your G of E bud in. One of you say so and I'm gone no problem.
