So much for theory! Next time we just HAVE to give it a try. Good luck, everybody!

I'm willing to give it a try. Will require some coordination beforehand, but that's not a problem. Seems like the setlist isn't going to change much from tour to tour so we should be able to work it out mathematically almost. Long live the orphanage army!! Maybe we could have an orphanage army convention in a city of your choice so we could nominate the obligatory songs!

I'm in agreement with Alicia. In times like these, we have to redefine the Orphanage Army. Let me, in my capacity as captain, explain a concept that might help us to reclaim the top spot. When you look at some teams in the top10 (namely the "Properties of Jesus", "lost sheep" and "The Real Team At Last"), you'll notice that the members achieve equal scores quite often. Why is that? Because their entry forms are comparable in selection. An example: Everyone in "The Real Team At Last" chose "Simple Twist Of Fate" (7 points) and "Visions Of Johanna" (8 points) - with the result that with this two songs alone they got more points in Aspen than our team. And they also agreed on "Watchtower", "Rolling Stone", "It's Alright, Ma" ... and a whole lot of other songs. I think we should give this approach a try ourselves. I say: For the next tour we'll have to elect an assortment of OBLIGATORY songs and leave only a few selections to the individual member. God bless you and God bless this great team.

my dear friends, what can i say? this whole tour was not the great comeback which all of us expected it to be. at least so far. any ideas how we could change something fundamental for our next try? i'm not willing to stand the shame of the 50+ranks one more time. needless to say that this message looses his validity instantly if bob starts playing less boring setlists one day, but IF NOT... ... any ideas? greetings and good luck for the last shows, alicia

(that is: obviously i'll be on rank #15 myself 'cause it's as clear as daylight that Dylan will play "Ring Them Bells" in Little Rock!)

Yesterday was Tupac Shakur's birthday. So as a matter of course we're on rank 29 and Dylan played "Happy Birthday" on his harp. Sure. (STOP SPORTING WITH MY FEELINGS, WHOEVER SENT IN THIS SETLIST!!!)

Oh yeah the master changed his setup a little and was kind enough to add some more points to my account after a long distance of suffer... May he stay, forever kind ;)

Rank 37 again (Reykjavik): total rank 77. That's not bad at all, dear comrades, even so we might have to come to terms with the possibility of not being in the Top10 at the end of this leg. But what's the top anyway? A wise man once said that "you'll find out when you reach the top / you're on the bottom" - and do we want to find out? Hell no! (that is: MAYBE in autumn) - good luck for today's concert, nevertheless.

Ay, DarkestHour, ye scored with "Mississippi" and "Shelter From The Storm", congratulations! Yet, on the whole, our team is undergoing an obvious downward movement ...

A complete unknown! Alicia! BeethovensBedroll! Everyone has filled out the entry form - and I've got this certain sense of triumph ... Now we're just waiting for one more member who has business back in town and in eleven days our glorious army shall have gained the top for evermore.

It might well be the 3rd time, Alicia, and a remarkable coincidence if you look at our quite different song selections! But this will change when Mr. Dylan starts playing "Ring Them Bells"; rumor has it that he'll play it a few times in Sao Paulo ...!
