I'm in again! It was hard to pick any tunes this time, I have no idea what Bob will play on this tour of arenas. But he will probably play the same range of tunes - maybe 5 from the 60s, 1 or 2 from the 70's, 5 Sinatra songs and the rest from Tempest/Together Through Life/Modern Times/Love & Theft. And I have tix to see him in the newly refurbished Nassau Coliseum on November 8.

Jim, yes it was great to be close to the musicians and really see how they communicate, and watch Bob closely.

Yes, Bob played guitar - a Strat - on To Ramona, mainly playing fills and lead guitar lines. The sound melded nicely with Charlie's co-lead guitar and Donnie's mandolin. Charlie worked hard in this show, he played a lot of complex chords and he and Donnie led the melodies.

Hi guys - I went to the show in Port Chester last night. Stood 6th row from the rail, quite close to the stage. Bob was really intense, it was great to see and hear him from so close. He played a Cajun hoedown version of Summer Days - very cool! He has also tweaked the arrangements of all of his Tempest tunes, some radically (Early Roman Kings) and some slightly (Pay In Blood). A splendid time was had by all.
